1: The wire is stained with tin

Once the wire is coated with tin, it may cause PVC to shrink when heated. In this case, we should choose temperature-resistant PVC and control the time of tin exposure not to be too long. 2: How to do the reliability test of the cable

Generally, it is necessary to test the swing, lifting and conduction performance. General swing test conditions: swing frequency, load of lifting load, minimum number of swing required and other parameters. The conditions of lifting test shall include three parameters: load of lifting, lifting time and displacement size after lifting.

3: Label is not sticky

If the label is not sticky, you can stick it on a clean metal and then stick it on the line one by one without touching the dry adhesive surface with your hands.

4: Insufficient tension after crimping

If the tensile force cannot be reached, the reasons can be found from the following aspects: whether the crimping range of the terminal and wire conductor is appropriate; Design of blade material and structure; Material of terminals, etc.

5: Pin off the terminal when penetrating the rubber case

When threading the rubber case, it often happens that the terminal takes off the PIN, so how do we solve it? In fact, you only need to pull back when you insert a hole.
